Eagleheart Booking

Current exciting news is that I just booked & filmed a day on a new tv show! It’s called Eagleheart, and will air on the Cartoon Network during Adult Swim. It stars Chris Elliott (who I did my little scene with, photographed above), Michael Gladis (Paul Kinsey on Mad Men, also photographed above), Maria Thayer (from Strangers with Candy), etc. The cast and crew were all really great & it looks to be a pretty funny show! As far as I know it will begin airing sometime in August & I’m in the 2nd episode. I play a beauty queen who delivers an invitation. I only have a couple lines, but at least I have a couple lines! Ha ha. I’ll update more when I know more about the air date...

A Whole New Year

Happy New Year everyone! I had a wonderful, busy holiday season, full of Christmas Caroling, family, friends, and a couple delightful student film projects! Now, I’m super pumped, refreshed, and ready to go in this New Year called 2010. To start the New Year off right, I just signed with a new theatrical (for film & television) agent, Imperium 7 Talent Agency. I’m thrilled to have them representing me & look forward to kicking some ass with them!

I also appeared in the January issue of Maxim magazine (photo above), smooching Olivia Munn - the gorgeous cover girl of the month - in the G4 spoof “Lesbionic Woman” on an episode of Attack of the Show we did a while back. I was completely unaware I was in the magazine until a friend texted, “I think you’re in Maxim this month,” ha ha! Kind of a funny surprise, and not exactly how I imagined my first national magazine appearance would be, kissing a woman, and being referred to as “my spray-tan lady,” but what can you do? Lol

I was also very excited to see my Capital One Rapunzel commercial finally airing in Dec and Jan! We filmed it back in May of last year & it hadn’t aired yet, so I was beginning to get a little antsy. But, it finally aired several times during all the college bowl games, as Capital One sponsored a whole bowl week. Family & friends all over the country saw it on ESPN, ABC, and even the Weather Channel! Fingers crossed for it to continue airing and airing...

That’s pretty much the news so far in 2010. It’s already been busy & hopefully will continue to book up with lucrative, rewarding, fun, endeavors!

Diving into Christmas Caroling

As the Holiday Season is fast approaching, my business partner Joe and I are diving into our sophomore season of caroling! Last year was the very successful launch of our new company, the Tinseltone Carolers, out here in LA (including a performance on Dr. Phil’s Holiday Special, pictured above) & this year promises to be even better! Unfortunately Dr. Phil will not be doing a Holiday show this year, so we won’t be repeating that performance, but we have already secured caroling every Saturday through December on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills! New Commercial Agent/New Headshots

Upon returning from my wonderful 20 day Mediterranean cruise with my sister (thank you Erika, it was amazing!), I jumped right into the business of signing with a new commercial agency. I’m now with CESD for on-camera commercials & I’m thrilled about it as they’re one of the best in town! Upon their request I had new headshots taken by a great commercial photographer, Greg Crowder, and they turned out great! (I’ll post more of them on my Photo Gallery page.) So let’s all keep our fingers crossed that this leads to many more commercial bookings!!

Guys & Dolls at the Hollywood Bowl

Just finished an INCREDIBLE three day run of Guys & Dolls in Concert at the legendary, 18,000 seat, Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA! I was so blessed to work with some of the most amazing & talented people! The show was directed by Richard Jay-Alexander, choreographed by Donna McKechnie, and music directed by Kevin Stites (who also conducted the fabulous 60-piece Hollywood Bowl/LA Philharmonic Orchestra during the show). The cast included Jessica Biel, Brian Stokes-Mitchell, Ellen Greene, Scott Bakula, Beau Bridges, Ken Paige, Ruth Williamson, Jason Graae, Sandahl Bergman, Valarie Pettiford, Jane Lanier, Kathryn Wright, Tracy Powell, Chelsea Field, Cindy Benson, Bill Lewis, Herschel Sparber, Danny Stiles, Amir Talai, Grace Wall, Jody Ashworth, Catherine Chiarelli, Kyrra Richards, Josh Christoff, Paul Dean, Daniel Guzman, Chris Holly, Christopher L. Morgan, David Raimo, Stefan Raulston, Angelo Rivera (my dance partner extraordinaire!), Oskar Rodriguez, John Todd, and little ol’ me!!! Wow, just to have my name included in a list with all those names has been one of the most exciting and defining moments of my career! If you don’t know who some of those folks are, I’d google them. :-) I feel so honored & blessed to have had the chance to work with each and every one of them, and couldn’t have been more thrilled about the opportunity to do this show this way in this setting. Thank you Michael Donovan casting & Richard Jay!!!
